With reference to the story about the girlfriend from hell, this post is specially dedicated to abusive girlfriends and guys whom are so weak, they should not even be considered as a guy!

Anyway, the story has now turned into some big hoo-ha in the internet and blogs/forums are all talking about it. Check out RazorTv's take on this issue below.

(Some Singaporeans seriously need to have better fashion sense. Fashion Police, where are you?)

Anyway, if you wanna see more videos, you can visit the following links. (Special thanks and shoutout to STOMP contributor James!)

    Video 1
    Video 2
    Video 3

Maybe this was how their conversation went.

Guy: I'm sorry dear. I have a confession to make. I made another girl pregnant.
Girl: You useless guy! I marry you also no use! Cannot give me babies! And now you even have the cheek to cheat on me with some prostitute? Stupid guy! *starts hitting crotch*
Guy: I'm sorry. I just wanted to test drive my "asset" to see if it is still functioning.
Girl: Your stupid dick cannot even stand up when in bed with me! You told me you were infertile! And your dick so small! Why am i so stupid to marry a guy like you! Argh! *continues hitting crotch*
Guy: *Just stand there and take the blow*
HAHA. Okay jokes aside. I am completely shocked at how violent some women can be! Hitting a guy's crotch is a BIG NO NO. Is she retarded or what? Doesn't she know that hitting a guy's private part is so fucking painful? And no, that's not the best part. The best part was that the guy (i'm assuming its her boyfriend) was just standing there and taking all the blows - one by one.

I would not be surprised if you tell me that the guy is cheating on her. Haha! Seriously, He's better off than having a violent bitch like her as his girlfriend.

Gone are those days whereby girls used to be so dainty and submissive. I totally respect girls who voice out their problems when they are being abused. I seriously think that they are taking advantage of the fact that they are protected against any other form of abuse from guys. But does this really allow them to hit us guys in any way they really like? What happened to the traditional method of pepper spraying? (Don't do that too. That fucking hurts as much!)

By the way, guys always act macho infront of their girlfriends but in real life, we're just as weak. So if you happen to be like that guy above, DO NOT EVER STAND THERE AND TAKE THE BLOW.

I'll give you several tactics on how to get revenge on your violent girlfriend.
    1. Apologize to her. Tell her to get inside the car and say you're gonna make it up to her. Bring her to some "ulu" forest and kick her ass out there! Leave her stranded in that forest!

    2. Fight back! This bitch deserves a slap or a punch on her face! If she files a lawsuit against you, tell them it was an act of defence! She hit your crotch first!

    3. Get into a cat fight with her! Pull her hair out! Twist her head! Rip her dress! P.s Don't be surprised if you find a dick down there. ehem. Then maybe you'll know why she's so violent.
Or... you can just be like any other random Singaporean and just...

P.s I seriously had a good laugh writing this post. Singaporeans just have very weird and funny stories. I wonder what's next!

The current mood of popnutoz at www.imood.com

Ever since my exams ended exactly 2 days ago, I've been stuck at home doing nothing at all when I really should be out there celebrating. On a happier note, I have no exams next semester! And afterwhich, I would be graduating with my lovely Diploma in Mass Communication. Heh!

Anyway, I realised that I've been performing the exact same duties for the past few days that it has become my daily routine. I'm turning into a Humanoid (Human Robot). Specially dedicated to my dearest stalkers out there.

11.00 am: Alarm Clock starts ringing.
Nuisance. Noise pollution to my ears. I'll be groaning and whining in my bed while searching for my handphone with my eyes closed. Inside my brain - "FUCK. THIS PHONE NEEDS TO STOP RINGING. I'M AWAKE!" Then, i unknowingly switch off my phone and go back to Dream land.

12.00 pm - Sleeping beauty finally wakes up.
I finally wake up, look at the clock and think, "Why didn't my alarm clock ring? Is my phone spoiled?". Then I go to the toilet to wash my face and stare at my own self in the mirror wondering why my hair looks like a lion's mane. Then, I turn on the internet and Bobo, my macbook.

12.00 pm - 6.00 pm: Internet is ruining my life.
The main highlight of my day - Playing the computer, visit the same websites over and over again and stoning.

    1. Turn on my iTunes application and start playing my favourite songs.
    2. Check my Twitter account. I'll usually post either a Tweet or a reply to a friend's tweet. (If you have twitter, follow me!)
    3. Check my Facebook account. Stalk my friends and even people whom I don't even know. Play some games. Reply to friends walls.
    4. Log on to Blogger.com and blog a short entry.
    5. Visit my links. (Refer to the sidebar)
    6. Check if there are any good shows available to watch. I watch a whole bunch of shows! If there are, I'll watch them first before moving on to number 4.
    7. Browse through online forums and post a reply to a topic. I usually visit Letoyaonline.com and Spillitnow.com
    8. Visit my favourite Music Blogs, listen to new songs and music videos. Get myself excited.
    9. Repeat the above.

6.00 pm to 7.00 pm - Help my mum in the kitchen to prepare for dinner.
I get my lazy ass moving to the kitchen and start making tea, setting the dinner table and arranging the food pastries that are bought by either my mom or my sister. Then, I wait for dinner to be served. While waiting, I go to my Mac and write a short tweet about how hungry I am.

7.00 pm - Dinner Time: The moment I've been waiting for.
Time to EAT. But not too much so that I won't fall asleep.

    8.00 pm to 2.00 am - REPEAT 12PM TO 6PM above!

2.00 am - Write a short tweet saying that I'm going to bed. Time to sleep.

5.00 am - Wake up to have my very first meal for the day. (I'm fasting, hello?) Then back to sleep. Snores.

And the entire cycle repeats itself.
    (exciting, much?)

P.s I need to do something exciting in my life. Seriously.
P.s I think the main problem is that I don't have money? Well, if I did have money, it would be shopping everyday. HEH.

Mariah Carey is back yall! I never really used to dig her stuffs in the past, maybe some.

But this song is AMAZING. Looks like she really wants to prove that she still can sing. I don't know, you decide.

P.s Honestly, this is A MILLION TIMES BETTER than you 'supposedly' first single, Obsessed.

I just can't help myself from posting this adorable video. Totally made my day! And here I am all alone in my house, laughing so loudly!

Watch the video below! It features a little girl dancing to Wonder Girls songs and she can follow the exact same moves! Whoa!

I'm dying from the cuteness and the diva-ness that this little girl exudes. Help! And she is so hilarious, especially during the face-off between her and the Wonder Girls!

I hope I'm not boring you but watch the other video below! This one has 5 little Wonder Babies dancing to Nobody! SO CUTE I CAN DIE!

P.s Why wasn't I able to dance like that when I was young? I'm sure I would be a much more cuter baby... right?

Quoting from my secondary schoolmate friend, Edah. I thought what she wrote really made a whole lot of sense I'm in the mood for sharing!

We tend to question if a person would be there for us till the end. Yet we often forget to question if we ourselves have truly been there for them in the first place.

We see what others fail to do right & forget any good they’ve done. Yet we fail to see what right we have never done & remember all the good we ever did.

We avoid someone when they suddenly blow their top, thinking we are giving them their space. Yet we think they don’t care if they steer away in times we wig out.

We say people frequently leave us out of everything, making us an outcast. Yet we leave others out more frequent than we realise, outcasting them.

We expect our friends to say sorry when they’ve hurt our feelings. Yet we hurt them more than always with no apologies being said.

We always want more of the good things, but have we ever thought to give in more than the usual? How ironical the human brain functions. (:

Real friends bring you up even when their hands are already full themselves. While many others put you down & are full of themselves. (:

Short and simple yet powerful messages. Thanks edah!

P.s I may be a very fucktup friend. But I'm sure that I make a better friend as compared to the majority of the people that I know in my life. =D

Following up to what happened to my (Useless) Samsung phone in my previous post, I rushed down to the service centre at Century Square. And when I say rushed, I actually meant RAN because not one of my family member wanted to send me there. Idiots.

I think I caused quite a scene in the shop itself. The service hours were up till 8pm and I was there at close to 9. The receptionist was adamant about me not being able to send my phone for servicing. I argued with her and this was how our conversation went.
Me: "Hello? Servicing hours only till 8?"
    Girl: "Yes. We are closed."
    Me: "(looks around) Closed?"
Girl: "Yes, why don't you come tomorrow before 8?"
Me: "I don't see why your shop is closed. You are still serving another customer! And your staffs are idling about in the shop!"
Girl: "Yes. But we are closed. Its almost 9 sir.
Me: "(raising my voice) But your staffs are still working there? Your shop is not closed? And you are still servicing another customer at the cashier!"
Girl: "Okay. Why don't you check with my staffs down there.
I practically gave her the ultimate EYE ROLLING and walked away. Her staffs were Filipinos and god, they are annoying. I don't want to elaborate on their stupidity but I managed to convince them to take my phone for repair.

The most frustrating part was that my phone started functioning again at the hands of her staffs. Why do phones do this to us? Urgh! I swear I could not even make any calls or touch any buttons until she used her magical hand or something to fix it.

And not forgetting the fact that I was not given an extra phone after sending my phone for servicing. Seriously?

Whatever it is, I'm getting my phone back in about 2 to 3 days time. And I am definitely not looking forward to seeing their faces again.

P.s This will definitely be my last Samsung phone. SUCKS.

My phone decided to learn how to swim today. It fell inside the toilet bowl. And....

Okay. That deserves a total eew. Seriously.

I'm definitely sending it for repair either tomorrow or maybe tonight. We'll see. Hopefully Samsung will be nice to me. I mean, I chose Samsung over Nokia?

P.s I keep on thinking that my hand is so dirty that I kept on washing it with soap. Gives me shivers thinking about the entire scenario.

I'm trying my very best to keep all hate and anger out of this blog.

But seriously, I think I have the most idiotic set of friends ever. At one point, tell me that I am being missed so very much and can't wait to go out with me. Yes, I was very busy at that point of time. But, you see when you had your stupid exams and you could not go out, never did I once pester you like how you did to me.

Then now, I found out that you guys went out already and I was not invited.. at all?

Wake up to reality and smell the roses Amirool.
Life sucks. Thank god my life does not revolve around them.

This is what Mass Comm does to you. Haha! It brings out the true friend in everyone else. Lucky I'm not delusional as them.

I'm done with all of you.

P.s I'm still content that not all of my friends are like that... RIGHT? haha!

Check out the video below. It was the main reason that got me becoming a HUGE LeToya stan/fan.

Honestly, I'm so proud of my girl LeToya. She's definitely coming out into a league of her own. And when her debut album hit No. 1 on the Billboard charts, it was just WOW. She even beat Pharrell (NERD) on the charts.

I love how she described Beyonce in such a positive light in the beginning even though Beyonce and Kelly Rowland mentioned that she was tone-deaf and that she can't sing. If I were her and i found out that i got booted out of a band through a music video, damn I'd be pissed!! (Watch the video for more)

LeToya has definitely come a long way since she first started (back to when she was in Destiny's Child) and her sophomore album justifies that perfectly.

Go get Lady Love on August 25th!
(You can preview her songs on Myspace and pre-order via Amazon)

P.s Okay, HMV just told me that there is no firm date for her album release in Singapore. This frustrates me so much. URGH! Why must they close down EMI in Singapore? Bring EMI back!

Imagine you are in the shoes of a six year old girl. Following your normal routine everyday, you are playing on your own in the garden and out of nowhere, a naked man appears unexpectedly. The naked man approaches you and says "You are my wife - well in the future at least." And he tells you that he is a Time Traveller and that he could break the time and space continuum. What would you do? Run away and tell your mommy? Believe him or not!

Trust me, if that ever happened to me, I'd call him crazy and run for my life! But if you happen to be Claire Abshire, you would believe the whatever the stranger says and willingly wait for him to reappear now and then until you actually meet him in real time. Imagine all the torture you would have to endure just for the love of your life. Claire saved her virginity for him. Claire never committed herself to a boyfriend during high school and her schoolmates even mistook her for a dyke!

Unlike other science fiction stories, 'Time Traveller's Wife' speaks of a story about the undying love between two people, Claire and Henry, since Claire was six until she was eighty three. Claire happens to be the unlucky one to wait all the time whereas Henry just shows up everytime, but at a different age and from a different year. Sometimes, Henry goes to the future and finds out that there might just be a way to cure his genetic desease. Is there?

In short, Time Traveller's Wife is just amazing yet sweet in its own way. Once you start reading, you would not want to stop cause every page reveals the sufferings, pains and the joys that both Claire and Henry have to go through and experience every moment with them. So be prepared to cry, laugh and smile a lot while reading this amazing book.

I would recommend this book to everyone. And if you thought that the movies such as Sweet November, The Notebook and A Walk To Remember was amazing, wait till you read Time travellers wife by Audrey Niffeneger.

Trust me, the ending is very sweet and will definitely leave a huge impression on you after you are done reading. The best part is that, it lingers around in your head for a while. :)

It really made my day when I found out that this movie was getting its own release in Cinemas worldwide! I can't wait to watch, thats for sure! By the looks of the movie trailer (which you can view here), this is really turning out to be a fantastic movie.

    Would you watch it?

    My Rating:

P.s The movie hits cinemas in the US today! This anticipation is killing me!
P.p.s Now i feel like reading the book again. Damn.

For all of you whom has not heard of LeToya, well... let's start with one of her latest music videos shall we? This one's called She Ain't Got and it is her second single from her sophomore album, Lady Love, which will hit stores on August 25th!

Fantastic uptempo song and a catchy chorus! The song is so full of energy and full of brash attitude, something that we would not expect from LeToya! She's definitely stepping up her game in her second album, that's for sure!

Omg I love this song. And if i must admit, I did LeToya's dance routine in the toilet and in my room, when no one is watching. Haha! Guilty pleasure, much?

I'll definitely be getting my album when it comes out and getting a few copies for my friends. Buy 'Lady Love' when it comes out!

I'll be posting my review on the album .... pretty soon! Watch out for it!

    Goodnight peeps!

Gosh it feels nostalgic to be blogging again. Remind me when was the last time I blogged? Must have been ages ago. Haha. Since I'm tired and I am lazy to type out chunky paragraphs as my first post, I'll just do up a random list of things going through my mind right now.
    • I spent my entire day designing this new layout and coding it into XHTML.
    • Trust me, I have no idea what XHTML was until last night at 3am.
    • If you have not noticed, I'm using the new blogger layout functions and I'm quite impressed with it.
    • This layout features one of my favourite R&B singers, LeToya, formerly from Destiny's Child.
    • I really should be studying now for my two exams next week, which will be the last two exams that I will be taking before I graduate.
    • Happy fasting to my Muslim brothers and sisters! I'm really hoping to fast for 30 days consecutively. (This is hard okay! I get thirsty most of the time.)
    • I have a job interview tomorrow at Singapore's Arts Museum. Please pray that I get the job thank you. I need the money.
    • I want to go clubbing and party the night away during my holidays.
    • I will be graduating with a Diploma in Mass Comm in another 25 weeks. Oh dear!
    • And that means, I only have about 3 weeks of holidays. *faints*
    • I am on twitter 90% of the time. Follow me. :)
    • My sister will be getting her pay in about 2 more days. So I am looking forward to going shopping with her and a complimentary dinner treat from her as well.
    • I've been wanting to create a Funky-flair.org about 3 years ago? So settling for a blogspot account makes it all worthwhile.
    • I need a drawing tablet for my mac, Bobo.
    • Yes, i name most of my items. Let's see, i have Bobo, Popo, Lulu and Danny.
    • I have been listening to LeToya on repeat for the past 4 days.
    • And if you read all the way till here. Kudos to you!
(and click the advertisements on the side, below and below :)

P.s Blogger should have their own set of emoticons. I like emoticons, don't you?

Not just your average construction worker. Hahaha!

The guy with the FUNKY fashion taste and also with a FLAIR for graphic designing. I'm Amirul Nasir, or you can call me Rool, for short. 21 years standing in the feet of the Earth. Singaporean. Currently serving the nation till 02/06/12. I'm a Ngee Ann Polytechnic Mass Communication (Class of 2010) graduate. Creative Director, someday?

Never judge a book by its cover. I may seem quiet and reserved but put me with the right people and all hell breaks loose. Some call me Adorkable.. for being the geek that I am. I've been blogging since 2004.. (On this blog.. 2009) Well, my blog traces many of the major milestones in my life! (and the future, of course!) I seriously rant a lot.. do a couple of reviews here and there.. and just write and write.

Being a huge fan of Music, I'm a huge CD & Vinyl Record collector. Yes, I collect them. I don't download them illegally. If I like what I'm hearing, I get my ass off this chair and buy the CD. Please support the artists you love! Can I please be an advocate for Music, someday?

That said, I listen to almost all genres of Music, mostly mainstream with the likes of Kylie Minogue, Madonna, Spice Girls, Lady Gaga & Glee! Got Last.fm? Let's be friends! Pronto!

Victoria Beckham will forever and always be my biggest inspiration, ever. I fell in love with her during the Spice Girls era and have been in love with her ever since. I grew up listening to The Spice Girls. I do.. honestly.. want to meet Victoria someday just so I could tell her how fabulously amazing she is as a person and how she has inspired me in so many ways. Love you Victoria.

I'm obsessed with chocolates. I love cats. Meow.

I do design for events, editorial designs, interactive designs.. you name it! Feel free to drop me a message to amirul.nasir [at] gmail [dot] com.
