The current mood of popnutoz at www.imood.com

Following up to what happened to my (Useless) Samsung phone in my previous post, I rushed down to the service centre at Century Square. And when I say rushed, I actually meant RAN because not one of my family member wanted to send me there. Idiots.

I think I caused quite a scene in the shop itself. The service hours were up till 8pm and I was there at close to 9. The receptionist was adamant about me not being able to send my phone for servicing. I argued with her and this was how our conversation went.
Me: "Hello? Servicing hours only till 8?"
    Girl: "Yes. We are closed."
    Me: "(looks around) Closed?"
Girl: "Yes, why don't you come tomorrow before 8?"
Me: "I don't see why your shop is closed. You are still serving another customer! And your staffs are idling about in the shop!"
Girl: "Yes. But we are closed. Its almost 9 sir.
Me: "(raising my voice) But your staffs are still working there? Your shop is not closed? And you are still servicing another customer at the cashier!"
Girl: "Okay. Why don't you check with my staffs down there.
I practically gave her the ultimate EYE ROLLING and walked away. Her staffs were Filipinos and god, they are annoying. I don't want to elaborate on their stupidity but I managed to convince them to take my phone for repair.

The most frustrating part was that my phone started functioning again at the hands of her staffs. Why do phones do this to us? Urgh! I swear I could not even make any calls or touch any buttons until she used her magical hand or something to fix it.

And not forgetting the fact that I was not given an extra phone after sending my phone for servicing. Seriously?

Whatever it is, I'm getting my phone back in about 2 to 3 days time. And I am definitely not looking forward to seeing their faces again.

P.s This will definitely be my last Samsung phone. SUCKS.
